Summer Analyst Job Description
Moelis & Company PCA Summer Analysts will focus on the GP-led secondary advisory business. Summer Analysts work alongside deal teams supporting private equity sponsors on GP-led transactions, with day-to-day responsibilities that include financial analysis, company, industry and sponsor research, preparation of client and marketing materials, and active involvement in transaction execution and investor outreach. Summer Analysts work closely with senior professionals and collaborate with the Firm’s industry coverage and Financial Sponsors teams, gaining broad exposure to GP-led secondary solutions and the broader private equity and alternatives ecosystem.
Moelis & Company Summer Analysts participate in a 10-week summer internship. All Summer Analysts have educational and social events to help establish a better understanding of both the industry and the Firm. Moelis & Company’s Summer Analysts participate in a one-week training program that includes financial modeling and valuation training.
To be considered, you must:
- Currently be enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university with a graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
